Campground was clean, quiet and nice. A lot of deer in the mornings to see on walks. Our dog loved the river. A lot of trails to walk or explore the area. We would recommend this campgrounds to anyone who needs to be down here for military graduation, or to just see the sites in the area.

So I really don’t want anybody to know about this place because it’s amazing! Peaceful and quiet, tons of wildlife and an amazing staff! I just like the fact that it’s not full and I really don’t want you guys to come, so it stays peaceful, But I also want us park to make money they truly deserve it…

This was a nice, pleasant place to stay at. The desk staff was exceptionally friendly. The area was reasonably close to other things for us to do. Showers and laundry room worked just like they should, plenty of space and machines in both. Nothing bad to say about this place.

If you’re like us and looking for a peaceful RV park, this one is all that. It was easy to travel to and from our daily excursions. You can hike down to the river and through the trees and if you are lucky like us you will see your first armadillo in the wild. Beautiful town with big history and museum.

Tent camped at The Point during the Thanksgiving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! No electricity but we really didn’t need it. Site does have water and a fire ring! (We love campfires and cooking over the fire.)

Just stayed 2 nights and the experience was amazing. Beautiful place and the camping grounds were great. No electricity but we did have water and portable potties that were pleasantly clean. The river was a few steps away from us. The place was nice and clean at all times.
